We recommend ordering in plenty of time. A minimum of 2 months prior to required for date, more time if possible. This is to give plenty of time for design proofs + shipping.

If you contact us within 48hours we can cancel your order. After this time your materials will be ordered and wont be able to offer cancelation based on this.

Orders take 4 weeks from the date ordered + delivery time.

UK shipping turn around 1-2 days. USA 5-7days.

We are based in a in Greater London, in a small town called Harrow. We offer collection and post worldwide.

Definitely, as long as we have ample notice and we are not booked up. It is always best to give us a heads up if you are thinking of adding items on. This way we can let you know if we are reaching capacity.

As soon as possible, we generally recommend contacting at least 3 months prior to your wedding date to make sure that there is plenty of time to put your vision together, but if you are more last minute, we can certainly try to make it work.
